LubeSite Systems, Inc. (a Bijur Delimon company) offers single point spring powered lubricators that are simple in design but very effective at delivering grease to a bearing lubrication point. The clear reservoir makes it easy to visually assess the lubricant level at any time. Once the reservoir is filled and the unit is connected to a bearing, the single point lubricator uses venturi action created when a bearing rotates to discharge lubricant to the bearing only when it is in motion (1-5 psi). This ensures the lubricant won't create a mess, or compromise bearing seals. Lubricant discharge is immediate when the vacuum is created from the bearing rotation.
